• When you browse Thai REIT quotes or industry articles, the server automatically records anonymous device information: IP address, browser, operating system, pages visited, time spent, click trails, device identifiers;
• This data is used solely to optimize REIT quote loading, website traffic statistics, and prevent bots from scraping securities data. It cannot be individually linked to a specific natural person.

3. No Active Collection of Sensitive Personal Data
Unless necessary for operations, we do not actively collect highly sensitive data such as ID cards, passports, bank cards, securities accounts, asset details, biometrics, or full mobile numbers; only passively receive such data when you voluntarily upload business cooperation documents.

II. Legal Purposes for Information Use

• Respond to inquiries about Thai REITs, exchange rates, cross-border investments, submissions, and business emails;
• Optimize SET real-time quotes, industry reports, and experience of weekly newsletter delivery;
• Anonymize aggregated traffic to produce Southeast Asian real estate finance reports (all personally identifiable information removed, non-retraceable);
• Detect malicious crawlers, abnormal access, and cyber attacks to maintain quote system stability;
• Comply with legal requests from Singapore, Thailand, and cross-strait judicial and regulatory authorities with official documents;
• Send subscribed weekly Thai REIT briefings; you may unsubscribe at any time.

III. Information Storage and Retention Period

• Storage Location: Legally compliant cloud server in Singapore, fully in line with PDPA cross-border data storage regulations;
• Retention Periods:
  • Email correspondence records: kept for 3 years, then automatically encrypted and sealed;
  • Website access logs: retained for only 90 days, then automatically purged by the system;
  • Business cooperation forms: retained for 2 years after cooperation ends; users may request early deletion;
  • Anonymization: all industry statistics are stripped of personal labels and cannot be traced to individual users.

IV. Information Sharing Policy

We solemnly promise: without your express written consent, we will never sell, rent, or share personally identifiable information with third parties. Disclosure is only made in the following legal scenarios:

• You provide written authorization to share your personal data;
• Judicial/financial regulatory authorities in Singapore, Thailand, or cross-strait present official documents;
• In the event of a merger or equity transfer, the successor entity must equally comply with this statement;
• Providing de-identified logs to security vendors for website protection;
• In an emergency, disclosure is necessary to protect the personal or property safety of users or the public.

Third-party advertising and traffic analytics plugins only receive anonymous traffic data and cannot obtain identity information such as names or email addresses.

• Right of Access: Request a copy of all personal information we hold about you;
• Right of Correction: Correct erroneous or outdated contact details;
• Right of Deletion: Delete all records of emails and cooperation forms;
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Unsubscribe from REIT newsletters, disable Cookie tracking;
• Right to Account Deletion: Permanently delete your member account and all associated data;
• Right to Complain: Object to our data processing methods and submit for review by our compliance team.

• Essential Cookies: Ensure normal refresh of SET quotes and basic site browsing; cannot be disabled;

VII. Information Security Protection Measures

• Full-site HTTPS encryption to prevent data theft during transmission;
• User data is stored encrypted with backend role-based access control, accessible only to authorized compliance personnel;
• Regular server security audits and vulnerability scans; comprehensive data breach contingency plan;
• All employees sign confidentiality agreements prohibiting unauthorized export or disclosure of user privacy.

The internet inherently carries security risks; absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. Please do not upload highly sensitive documents such as securities accounts or ID cards to this site.

VIII. Protection of Minors

This site serves adult real estate professionals and cross-border investors. We do not actively collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If such information is inadvertently obtained, all records will be immediately and completely deleted.

IX. Privacy Statement Update Mechanism

We will revise this statement from time to time in accordance with Singapore's PDPA, cross-strait and Thai data laws, and platform operations. Updated versions will be posted at the bottom of the webpage and become effective immediately. Material changes will be notified via email to users with whom we have previously corresponded.
